We believe in customer service unlike many other companies. We want your use of our products to be the best possible experience you have had in a long time, but due to the nature of our products we can't handle returns. We do this for quality and sanitation reasons, to make sure that all customers are getting a clean product we can't accept any returns. However, if the product you purchased did not meet your expectation, send us an email in 7 days of receiving your product, request a replacement with another product of same value at discounted price. Orders reported after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted. This does not apply to private label or wholesale purchases. We will be glad to replace the product if you accept the discount rate with the cost of shipping. Please note we DO NOT provide return labels and all items in the order must be returned unopened and unused when we accept the return before returns could be refunded.
There is a 20% restock fee and shipping fee applied to returned products in good condition, but once opened or used it cannot be returned. Unused and unopened products returned after 30 days in good condition will receive only store credit which can be used for future orders.This policy applies to all our products in all websites

Our Distributors Please note: Distributing skin whitening products to some African countries could be very challenging because: 1) They may not use the products as directed. 2)Humidity and temperature are very high, and UV damage is common. 3) Many of them are exposed to sun damage on daily basis, so result may not be as seen with the European users. 4) 75% of them use high percentage hydroquinone products with steroids leaving their skin resistant to natural products. 5) Expectations could be unrealistic; some expect their skin to turn from black to white bulb color in 2 days of use. For this reason, so we recommend distributors to test the products before wholesale or private label purchasing.
